Developer Toolkit
Last Updated: Aug 8, 2026
Developer Toolkit is developed and published by Triplestar Technologies. We are committed to protecting your privacy and providing a transparent explanation of how the App operates.
This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and the choices available to users of Developer Toolkit. By installing or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Information We Collect
Developer Toolkit is designed as a lightweight utility application that provides quick access to Android Developer Options and related system settings.
We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information.
The App does not collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Device identifiers
- Advertising identifiers
- Location data
- Contacts
- Photos or media files
- Messages
- Audio recordings
- Camera data
- Payment information
- Browsing history
- Usage analytics
- Crash analytics linked to a user
All functionality is performed locally on your device.
How the App Works
Developer Toolkit uses standard Android system intents to open system settings screens such as Developer Options or About Phone. The App only requests Android to display those settings pages and does not modify protected system settings on your behalf.
Any changes you make inside Android Settings are performed directly by you within the Android operating system. Developer Toolkit does not read or store those changes.
Permissions
Developer Toolkit is intentionally designed to require minimal permissions. The App does not request dangerous permissions such as access to storage, contacts, location, camera, microphone, SMS, call logs, or phone state.
If future versions require additional permissions for optional features, those permissions will be clearly disclosed before use.
Internet and Network Access
Developer Toolkit does not require an internet connection to function. The App is designed to work offline, and it does not send data to our servers or to third-party servers.
Third-Party Services
Developer Toolkit does not integrate with third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or cloud services. In particular, the App does not use:
- Google Analytics
- Firebase Analytics
- Firebase Crashlytics
- Advertising SDKs
- Social media SDKs
- Remote configuration services
- Cloud synchronization services
- User account systems
Because no third-party tracking technologies are included, your use of the App is not monitored for advertising or profiling purposes.
Data Sharing and Disclosure
Since we do not collect personal data, we do not sell, rent, trade, disclose, or otherwise share personal information with third parties.
We may disclose information only if required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request. However, because we do not collect user data, we generally have no personal information to disclose.
Data Retention
Developer Toolkit does not retain personal data because no personal data is collected. Any temporary operational information used by Android while launching system settings remains on your device and is handled by the Android operating system.
Security
We take reasonable measures to ensure that the App is developed using standard Android security practices. Because the App does not transmit or store personal information, the privacy risk associated with server-side data storage is minimized.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own devices, including screen locks, passwords, PINs, and biometric protections.
Children’s Privacy
Developer Toolkit is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so that we can investigate the matter.
International Users
Developer Toolkit may be available in multiple countries through app distribution platforms. Because the App does not collect or transfer personal data, no cross-border transfer of personal information occurs through normal use of the App.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, privacy laws may provide rights such as access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and data portability. Since Developer Toolkit does not collect personal information, these rights generally do not need to be exercised in relation to the App. If you have questions about privacy rights, you may contact us using the details below.
Google Play Compliance
Developer Toolkit is intended to comply with Google Play policies regarding user data, privacy, and security. The App does not collect user data and therefore qualifies for a Data Safety declaration indicating that no data is collected or shared.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App, legal requirements, or operational practices. When changes are made, the updated policy will be published with a revised effective date.
Continued use of the App after the updated policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
